How to use a promotion
- Check what it covers: cars in stock, import orders (our service fee) or parts — and any minimum spend.
- Tell us the code when you enquire, call or WhatsApp us, before we send your invoice.
- The discount is shown on your official invoice. If you're VAT-charged, VAT is worked out on the price after the discount.
One discount per purchase: a promotion, an agreed offer, or a discount we agree with you. Promotions end on the date shown.
Make an offer
Negotiating the price
- Open the car or part and use Make an offer. Give a phone number or an email.
- We reply, usually within one working day: we accept, suggest a price, or say no. Very low offers get a call from a manager.
- An agreed price is held for a few days. Pay the deposit or full amount against our invoice to secure it.
We never ask you to pay to "hold" an offer, and we never change our account details by message. Only pay into the account on our official invoice, after confirming it by phone on +233 24 495 8517. How to avoid scams.
Questions
Can I negotiate the price of a car or part?
Yes. Use “Make an offer” on the listing, or call us. We consider every reasonable offer and reply with a yes, a counter-offer or a no, usually within one working day.
Why did a manager call me about my offer?
Offers well below the listed price need a manager to decide. They call you to understand what you need — sometimes a different car, part or payment plan fits better.
How long is an agreed price held?
A few days, as stated in our reply. The car or part stays on sale until you pay a deposit, so pay promptly once you have our invoice.
Can I combine a promotion with an offer?
No — one discount per purchase. We apply whichever is better for you.
Can I pay in instalments with an offer price?
Often, yes. Ask us: we can set a deposit and monthly payments on the agreed price, all shown on your invoice.
