Verify a marketer or partner dealer
Everyone who sells for Prime Needs has a verification code. Ask for it, check it here, and if anything feels wrong, call us before you pay anything.
Who has a code
- Marketers introduce buyers to us for a commission. They can tell you about our cars and services, but they never take payment and cannot agree prices on our behalf.
- Partner dealers list their cars on our website after we check them. You buy through Prime Needs and pay against our official invoice.
- Our own staff work from our offices and are listed on our official invoices and emails from [email protected].
A verification code starts with PN and has nine more letters and numbers, like PN-ABCDE-FGHJ. It is not the same as a marketer's referral code in a link. We check every marketer and dealer again regularly, and each verification shows how long it is valid.
What the result means
- Works with Prime Needs: the code is real and current. Check that the name matches the person you are dealing with, and that the phone number they use ends in the digits shown.
- Expired: we have not yet re-confirmed them. Call us before you go further.
- No longer works with us, cancelled, or not found: stop. Do not pay or hand over documents, and call us.
Always remember
- Never pay a marketer or dealer personally, by MoMo, bank transfer or cash, for a car, a deposit or "to hold" a price.
- Only pay into the account on our official invoice, and call +233 24 495 8517 to confirm it first. Our account details never change by message.
- Check the code yourself, on this page, by typing primeneeds.com.gh into your browser. A scammer can send a link to a fake page that looks like ours, or a screenshot of a "verified" result.
- A valid code does not change the rules. Prices and terms are agreed with Prime Needs in writing, not by phone or WhatsApp with an individual.
- We will never ask you for a PIN, password or one-time code sent to your phone. Anyone who does is not from Prime Needs.
In doubt? Talk to us first. Call or WhatsApp +233 24 495 8517, or email [email protected]. We would much rather answer a question than see you lose money. Read more: how to avoid car import scams.
